Are you a F.I.T. Spartan? Our Mission: We will support each other, learn from each other, and push each other forward. We will improve our fitness, running ability, as well as our physical and mental well-being.
We will do this one day at a time, one run at a time, one mile at a time, alone and with our friends. Some of the group's goals are... • To provide a variety of days and times to meet for running. • To provide safe and convenient locations to meet for running. • To work together to plan routes and distances based on your training goals and abilities. • Locations that offer a variety of surfaces and scenery around town and also at regional state parks.
![]() All routes planned through this group will be... • On trails or in safe residential areas. We will avoid routes that are on busy highways or on main through fares. • Single loops or out and back runs. We will avoid multiple loop runs on short loops. Call Club Organizer Paul Segura at (210) 862-7740 or click HERE to send an E-mail Note: Because this is a voluntary club, you are urged to bring any and all equipment you will need to complete the day’s event to include water, food, sun block, any and all medications you may be taking. If you have a medical condition it is highly recommended that you tell a running mate in the event of an emergency. In addition, you are urged to tell friends and family members of your participation in the group and the location(s) and route(s) you will be running. This is not a class provided by The Spartan Pit Fitness Center.
