The Spartan Pit Fitness Center will be offering 

Women’s Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense Classes starting

Saturday August 7th at 11am. The First 10 Women to sign up pay only 50.00 a month PLUS get access to The Group Fitness Classes!

The sad fact is that most people don't think about Mixed Martial Arts or Self Defense until something unfortunate happens, or they realize that they have put off their fitness for far too long.

 
The Spartan Pit Fitness Center provides realistic and effective self-defense for women of all ages and all walks of life. Our atmosphere is FUN, and our training is serious and realistic.

How are we different from other schools and courses?
 

The Spartan Pit Fitness Center offers women the complete warrior package. Not only will you learn realistic and effective techniques that have been proven to work but we will also help you develop a confidence level that all Spartan Women are known for.

We go beyond the techniques by raising your awareness level. Whether you are alone, with the family or out on a girl’s-night-out we show you not only how to be aware of what is around you but how to carry yourself. We give you the attitude along with knowledge to let people know that you are a Warrior Woman and not someone to be messed with.

The principles and techniques are easy and FUN to learn. They were developed through years of Military, Law Enforcement and Martial Arts Training and are used by today’s modern Mixed Martial Arts Fighters, Law Enforcement and Military Professionals.
You will be able to apply what you learned in the class the second you step off the mat!!

You will use all forms of combat such as:
Punching, kicking, knee & elbow strikes from Muay Thai Kickboxing
Grappling to escape an attacker through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Wrestling to defend being taken to the ground
Defense against knifes, guns & sticks from Law Enforcement
Learn how to use improvised weapons from Military Combatives


Learn to:
Assess your surroundings
Prevention
Understand your true strength
Use technique and leverage against your attacker
