We believe that family is one of the most important thing in one's life, so we've designed our classes with that in mind. Just like in combat, you have to rely on the warrior next to you. When you're feeling like you're about to quit, someone will reach out to motivate and push you to succeed.

Our Fitness Philosophy
Here at the Spartan Pit Fitness Center our philosophy on fitness is simple; you don't need alot of fancy shiny equipment to get in shape. You need the right training method, the right atmosphere and most of all Dedication.
The training is extreme and at times seems crazy. There are no short-cuts here. You will earn everything you get, but one thing we promise; we'll be there with you every step of the way. One Team One Fight!
Whether it's Boot Camps, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Yoga or Krav Maga, we will provide you with the means, all you have to do is provide the discipline, determination and guts it takes to come back a second and third and fourth time. Whether you're a beginner or professional athlete, you will accomplish your goals here.
